We’re thrilled to debut a brand new full-service dining concept. Chef Nick Tamburo, who joins us from NYC’s Momofuku, brings a fresh energy to Yountville with his take on refined California cooking featuring locally grown, seasonal ingredients. Rotating with the seasons, the menu features meat and vegetarian dishes infused with raw and smokey elements, in addition to woodfired, naturally-leavened pizzas.
Breakfast: 8am-10am (starting March 8th)
Lunch: 11am-2:30pm (starting March 8th)
Brunch Saturday-Sunday: 9am-2:30pm (starting March 13th)
Dinner Sunday-Thursday: 5pm-9pm | Dinner Friday-Saturday: 5pm-10pm
